Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated 24 August 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Plyxzy Solutions Private Limited (“Plyxzy Solutions”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website only (https://solutions.plyxzy.com). It describes what happens when you read these pages or send us an enquiry, and nothing else.

Our products and client deployments are separate systems. Each has its own privacy notice, its own retention periods, and its own processors, agreed with the school, business, or enterprise that operates it. Those are separate documents; this one neither describes nor governs them. If you use one of our products, the notice that applies to you is the one provided by the organisation that deployed it.

Where this applies

This website, and the products we operate, are intended for users in India. This policy is written to the DPDP Act rather than to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and we do not currently offer or market our services to users in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If that changes, we will update this page before it does, not after.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, which are required so that we can reply. It also offers optional fields for your organisation, the area you are interested in, and a description of the problem you want to solve. We receive exactly what you type, and nothing more.

When you simply visit

Our host records standard server and delivery logs, which include your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.

Analytics

We measure traffic so we know whether this site is useful. Our analytics stores nothing at all: no cookie, and nothing in browser storage, which means a reload starts fresh and we cannot follow you between visits. We create no profile of you, record no sessions, and capture nothing beyond page views. What we see is the page visited, the referring site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type, as aggregate counts. Analytics requests are routed through our own domain, so your browser never contacts the analytics provider directly.

What we do not collect

  • No cookies of any kind, and no cross-site or advertising trackers
  • No fonts, images, or third-party embeds loaded from anyone else's servers. Everything this site loads, analytics included, is served from our own domain
  • No profiling, scoring, or automated decision-making
  • No special or sensitive categories of data, and no payment information

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use enquiry details for one purpose: to read your message and respond to it. You provide that data by choosing to submit the form, having been told at the point of collection what it will be used for. Server logs are kept for the security and integrity of the service.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries12 months from our last correspondence with you
Server and delivery logs7 days, the retention period our host applies on our current plan
Aggregate analyticsheld by our analytics provider under our account settings; we keep no separate copy

If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the correspondence is retained under the terms of that engagement instead. Log retention follows what our host actually applies on our plan, so it may change if that plan changes. We will update this page if it does.

Who processes it on our behalf

We keep the number of third parties as small as we can. The following act as Data Processors for us, under contract, and only for the purpose listed. All are located outside India, so using this site involves a transfer of personal data outside India.

Railway CorporationWebsite hosting and content delivery. Server and delivery logs, including IP address and browser user agent. Processed in United States.
PostHog, Inc.Aggregate traffic measurement. Page views with referrer, approximate location, and device and browser type. No cookies, and no profile is created. Processed in European Union (Frankfurt).
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)Delivery of enquiry emails to us. The contents of the enquiry form, including your name and email. Processed in United States.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, as a Data Principal you have the right to:

  • Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • Ask us to correct, complete, or update anything inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to erase your personal data, where we are no longer required to keep it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response

To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer below. There is no charge. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

Grievance Officer

As required by the DPDP Act, we have designated a Grievance Officer to answer questions and complaints about how we handle personal data.

Name
Sunkkalp Kataria, Director
Email
grievance@plyxzy.com
Response time
Within 30 days of receipt

Children

This website is aimed at schools, businesses, and enterprises rather than at children, and the enquiry form is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this site. Where one of our products is used by students, children's data is handled under the agreement with the institution operating it, including verifiable parental consent where the DPDP Act requires it. That is governed by that product's own privacy terms, not this policy.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our email processor over an encrypted connection and is not stored in a database on this website. Access to the receiving mailbox is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell affected people and the Data Protection Board about a personal data breach as the DPDP Act requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

Contact

For anything about this policy, write to hello@plyxzy.com, or to the Grievance Officer for data-protection matters specifically.
