What this website is
This site describes who we are and what we build. It is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
Some of what we describe is still in development and is labelled as such. Descriptions of products that have not launched are statements of intent about what we are building. Features, timing, and availability may change, and nothing here should be read as a promise that a particular capability will exist by a particular date.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline any enquiry. Please do not send us confidential information through the enquiry form. Wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, which will prevail over these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
- Interfere with the site's availability, including through automated or excessive requests
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious content
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for the purpose of building a competing service or training a commercial model

The content of this site, including text, layout, design, code, and the Plyxzy Solutions name and marks, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links freely. You may not reproduce it substantially, or present it as your own, without our written consent.
Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery and is illustrative: it does not depict our staff, clients, or offices. Product screenshots, where shown, are of our own software.
Accuracy, and no warranty
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, or that the information on it is complete or up to date at any given moment.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
